IRC
Most developers of the tinymail framework are on the IRC networks Freenode and GimpNET. There is a channel on GimpNET calle d #tinymail which you can join.
You can also use this web application to get yourself easily on that channel.
The maintainer and main author, Philip Van Hoof, uses the nickname pvanhoof. You can find most of the people on channels like #maemo on Freenode, #gnome-hackers and #pygtk on GimpNET.
